Returns

As our products are handmade using delicate dried and preserved flowers, we do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Worn items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Minor natural variations in colour, flower placement, or texture

Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • A refund

We reserve the right to request the item be returned before issuing a refund or replacement.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase unless work has already started on your order.

Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Non-Delivery / Lost Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate.

We are not responsible for parcels marked as successfully delivered by the courier.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • Up to 5–10 working days for refunds to appear depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Natural Product Disclaimer

Because dried flowers are natural products:

  • Colours may fade slightly over time

  • Small imperfections and variations are normal

  • Each piece is unique

These characteristics are not considered faults.
