1. Overview

Welcome to Pixie & Bloom. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to protect both you and us and ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Throughout these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Pixie & Bloom.

2. Products

All of our flower crowns, headbands, and accessories are handmade using dried and preserved flowers.

Due to the natural materials used:

  • Every item is unique

  • Colours and flower placement may vary slightly

  • Small imperfections are part of the handmade nature and charm of the product

We do our best to accurately display colours in photographs, however colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings.

3. Handmade & Bespoke Items

Many of our items are handmade to order.

Please allow the stated processing time shown on the product page before dispatch.

Custom or personalised orders:

  • Cannot usually be cancelled once production has started

  • Are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged

4. Care Instructions

Our dried flower products are delicate and should be handled with care.

To keep your item looking its best:

  • Avoid water and damp environments

  • Keep out of direct sunlight

  • Store in a cool, dry place

  • Handle gently when wearing or unpacking

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling or storage after delivery.

5. Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe shown on the website.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier.

Once an order has been dispatched:

  • We are not responsible for courier delays

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen parcels marked as delivered

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly before placing your order.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons and the delicate handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns on:

  • Worn items

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Sale items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue.

Where appropriate, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • A refund

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase unless production has already begun.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once work has started.

8. Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP (£).

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All images, branding, product names, logos, and website content belong to Pixie & Bloom and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

10. Liability

Pixie & Bloom shall not be liable for:

  • Allergic reactions to natural materials

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Delays outside our control

  • Minor natural variations in handmade products

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the item purchased.
